We had one great
day on the water. We ran out 50 miles found a spot that was new to us.
We caught a 45lb, true black grouper. A rainbow runner, multiple
snappers, and a box full of gag Grouper. I ‘m only sending you the
pictures of the Rainbow runner and the true Black Grouper, Guest on the
Boat were Bob and Shane Kappler, Martin Bass, Doug Lucas, first Mate
Brandon Barkley and Capt. Bob Breton aboard the Hog Hunter. Bob

was in the Marines, stationed in Iraq. Now Chris is in the Army stationed
in Phoenix, Arizona. This war hero not only went to Iraq and kicked some
butt, but on the 6 hour charter he and his family went on 12/28/05, with
Capt. Larry McGuire, SHOW ME THE FISH CHARTERS, on 12/28/05, he kicked some
grouper butt. They had a great time as well as some nice fish to put on the
table for New Years Eve!

black grouper, measuring 26 inches. The second is a 23 inch gag, caught

recent charter we took over to the Abacos ,The Black was 48 " long and 35"
in girth,using the formula puts it at 73.5 lbs. I caught it using a jig on

This combination of bottom fish was caught in 140'
of water 40 miles off of Bean Point by Tony Gomez, Todd Paulins and Jeff
Westmoreland. Among the species was a 13 lb Red Grouper, an 7 lb
